Frequently asked questions

What does Sango Sports Lab analyze?

Sango analyzes athlete movement from video, including form, balance, control, power, agility, stamina, body-region stress, and sport-specific training priorities.

How accurate is the analysis?

Sango reviews every clip using the same six performance categories and the same report format. For the best comparison, record the same movement from a similar angle each time. Your scores are training feedback, not a medical assessment.

Are my videos private?

Yes. Your clips and reports are private to your account by default — nothing is public unless you explicitly share a report link, and shared reports never include the video. We don't sell your personal information or share your footage with third parties, and you can delete your data anytime.

Do I need special equipment?

No. One phone video of 2–60 seconds is all it takes — no sensors, wearables, markers, or lab visit. Film a rep, upload it, and the report is ready in under a minute.

Which sports does Sango Sports Lab support?

Sixteen sports today: soccer, football, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, track, swimming, golf, boxing, MMA, wrestling, lacrosse, gymnastics, and yoga — each scored with sport-specific coaching focus, and new sports are added regularly.

Is Sango only for young athletes?

No. Youth players and their parents use Sango to support development and track progress. Adult and older athletes use it to review form, balance, and movement focus areas across tennis, golf, league sports, and more.

Is there really a free way to try it?

Yes. Creating an account is free — no credit card needed to sign up and look around. When you start a paid plan it begins with a 14-day free trial: you add a card, but you're not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling anytime before then costs nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing settings — cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing at all. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.

Is there an app that can analyze my sports technique from a video?

Yes. Sango Sports Lab reviews one short phone video and returns a report in under 60 seconds. You get six performance scores, a body analysis map, a clear movement breakdown, and drills chosen from your results. It supports 16 sports on iPhone and the web, with no sensors or extra equipment needed.
